Valentina was our Relationship Manager and Head of Client Experience during the start-up years of Fair Voyage. She helped us build our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, established highest standards of customer service excellence and made sure our clients were always getting their best trip proposals. She engaged with sustainable partners all over the world to build long-lasting relations with them whilst always having our client’s interest at heart.

Originally from Italy, Valentina lived in five countries: Italy, New Zealand, Germany, United Kingdom and Switzerland. She loves travelling with her family to very remote places and believes that the best gift you can give to your children is to allow them to see the world and experience different cultures. To learn even more about her passion, sustainable tourism, she also invested time to complete the GSTC Certificate on Sustainable Tourism whilst working at Fair Voyage.

Valentina is very committed to responsible travel and, now as Alumni Ambassador, continues to be a great fan and supporter of Fair Voyage.
