Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is a requirement for all journeys designed by Fair Voyage. Each traveler is expected to arrange appropriate insurance coverage before departure.

Travel insurance protects you against unforeseen events and is essential for both physical and financial security during your trip. This includes protection in the event that you need to cancel your journey after payment has been made, particularly where deposits or payments are non-refundable under the terms agreed with your local partner.

Required Coverage

Your policy must include:

• Emergency medical treatment and evacuation
• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Personal accident and repatriation
• Coverage for activities included in your itinerary

Depending on the nature of your journey — such as safaris, marine activities or high-altitude experiences — additional or specialized coverage may be necessary.

All cancellation terms, refund conditions and payment policies are governed by the agreement between you and the respective local partner company operating your trip.

Fair Voyage does not provide insurance coverage. Insurance is arranged directly between the traveler and the chosen insurer. Proof of valid travel insurance may be requested prior to departure.
