"Kilimanjaro + Safari

Our experience with Fair Voyage was nothing short of AMAZING! My family (including my spouse and 11 and 13-year-old boys) LOVED the Lemosho route to the summit of Kilimanjaro! The guides (Francis and Juma) and porters were supportive and kind. The kids enjoyed the monkeys at the beginning of the route and at Big Tree Camp. Being above the clouds on most of the trail felt heavenly! The tents and food were fantastic. We also learned Swahili from our guides. Our post-Kilimanjaro Safari was just as incredible. Our guide Laurent was perfect in every way! He was a fantastic cultural and animal guide – he told the best stories about wildlife. Plus, he was hilarious! Our safari lodge was out-of-this-world and we enjoyed every minute. Be sure to ask for your travel packing list soon after you make your reservations with Fair Voyage to make to process easier. Everything with this company went smoothly. This was such a relief since our family is new to international travel. Bon Voyage!"

"Safari + Zanzibar

In spite of never having met physically with any Fair Voyage employee, all interaction felt very personal and tailored to our specific needs and requests. We didn't have a clear view of what we exactly were looking for initially but were very well guided and advised by the team. Working with Fair Voyage felt right at all times - such that we even referred the agency to a friend for a project of his own even before we embarked on our trip. Having returned from our Tanzania trip today, our feeling and trust for the Fair Voyage team has proven to have been right. We were rewarded with a fantastic journey and stay in Africa that felt special, "nichey" and good at all times. "

"Kenya Safari

A huge thank you for the trip you organised for us. It was fabulous. Everything went smoothly and was as expected. Both drive guides, Peter and Chris, are great, very versed about the places we visited, the history of the country, and the animals we saw. They always had some stories or explanations to share with us. We wanted to eat local foods and both of them were very helpful and recommended excellent places to eat. In the Mara we wanted to go in the hot air ballons and Chris organised everything for us. It was a great experience. As regards the hotels, the Kibo tented camp is nice, the place is comfortable and the atmosphere is pleasant. The greatest thing about this place is its geographical situation. Very near to the entrance gate of Amboseli Reserve and with a magnificent view of the Mount Kilimanjaro! We were lucky to see the Kili with no clouds at all and I must say it is fabulous. The weakness of the place is that it would need some refurbishing. This being said, I would go back there without hesitation as it is so well situated. However I was surprise that we were asked to pay for our drinks (sparkling water, sodas and glasses of wine ...) as it was all inclusive. This was not an issue anyway. The hotel in the Mara is a real 5 Star Hotel. WAAOOHHH!!! So beautiful place and people! All was first class, the tents, the service, the place as a whole and the Chef! Food was delicious. It is The place to go in the Masai Mara Reserve. I highly recommend the place. It is so well situated in the Mara and exactly where we can watch the animals during the migration. I will surely go back at the migration season with my family. It is very safe even if not fenced. The Maasai looking after the place are very friendly and helpful. We felt safe and at the same time we knew that the hippos were just outside our tent as we could hear them. An extraordinary experience. So true. So African. The airplane trip between the camps is a must! The Hotel in Nairobi was practical as not far from the airport but far from the commercial center and restaurants. Clean, small rooms and very old English hotel. The Sankara Hotel is more comfortable I must say. I have attached some pictures -taken from my iPhone so do not expect high quality but it will give you a flavour of our holidays. We were so lucky to meet all these extraordinary people, see these places and so much wildlife. Thanks again and hope to use your services again for another trip."

"Great Company!

Fair Voyage was great to work with when planning our Amboseli safari and Kilimanjaro Climb. Valentina was so helpful providing recommendations as we customized our itinerary. She helped us find a local operator that could guide us the whole time across both Kenya and Tanzania. The guides were friendly and took great care of us. The food on the mountain was delicious, to our surprise. And we love the company's focus on sustainable tourism and ensuring porters are treated ethically"
