Our goal is to always provide excellent customer service to both our travelers and our partners. In the event of you not being satisfied with our level of service, we will send you a form to provide us feedback and soon after organise a call with our Business Development Manager to understand what went wrong. Once we have clarified your points and listened to your feedback, we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

If you already are a Fair Voyage approved partner, you will benefit from our Free package. However, if you would like to upgrade to any other service, please fill in the form below to purchase your selected package.

You can use our itinerary services for any type of tour—open groups, sample private itineraries or custom quotes. Custom quotes are considered as standalone itineraries. Whenever you purchase a package of x amount of itineraries and request us to create a custom quote, we will count it as one full itinerary.

Before cancelling your services, we would like to understand why. If you are not satisfied with the level of service received, we will do our best to understand and to accomodate your needs. Before you purchase a package with more itineraries, we recommend you to start with a one itinerary package and then upgrade to more.

If you would still like to proceed with the cancellation (e.g. if you still have unused itineraries at the end of 12 months), we will calculate the actual cost incurred based on how many itineraries you have used (with a minimum of 1 itinerary to cover our administration costs; using the next lowest itinerary package price per itinerary) and refund you the amount paid less the actual cost. For example:

• You bought a package for 3 itineraries but didn't use any: We refund the full amount less the cost of a 1-itinerary package.
• You bought a package for 5 itineraries but only used 3: We refund the full amount less the cost of 3 itineraries calculated at 3-itinerary package price per itinerary.
• You bought a package for 10 itineraries but only used 7: We refund the full amount less the cost of 7 itineraries calculated at 5-itinerary package price per itinerary.

When quoting our package prices, we have already considered that there will be significant overlaps between itineraries, which means that each additional itinerary will be easier for us to create.

We have already passed on this cost benefit to you by making incremental itineraries cheaper for you.

Assuming you ask us to create completely different itineraries for every single trip in your bulk itinerary package (which we don't expect, but you may), we may make a loss while offering this service to you.

In other words, we have already considered the fact that some of the itineraries will be easier to create in our pricing.

Once you have confirmed the package you would like to purchase by submitting the form below, we will send you a payment link. We will start working on your itineraries upon receipt of payment.

Depending on your request, we will send you a timeline by when we are able to deliver our services. Usually to create an itinerary and write/re-write its content, we would need up to 10 business days.

Depending on your request, we will do our best to accomodate your timeline, this will depend on the urgency of the matter and also on our resources available to allocate to it at that given time.

You will need to use your service/s within a year of your purchase. Should your needs change and you wish to cancel your package, please see our cancellation and refund details.

The content you provide us and the itineraries and activities we create for you will be for your exclusive use only. Destination and accommodation content will be standardized and shared among the platform for the benefit of all users. However, you are not getting charged for those as we have not included the cost to create destination and accommodations content in our services pricing. Shared content is created at our cost, for your benefit.

We calculate our itineraries to be up to 14 days long, this to make sure travellers make the most out of their stay in your destination and also for you to showcase different parts of your country. Beyond the 14 days treshold, we will calculate a brand new itinerary for the extra days. For example, if an itinerary is 17 days long, that will be calculated as two itineraries. Also, we cannot use less days in one itinerary to compensate for more days in another itinerary. This is also valid for custom quotes.

You are not paying for destination content. We have priced the package to cover our costs for creating your exclusive content. However, both you and us would benefit from having more content about your destination when spending money dedicating resources to a special itinerary. That is why we are adding this to the PRO WRITING and ALL INCLUSIVE package, but we haven't added it to the prices of those packages.

You and your itineraries must always meet our sustainability criteria. In addition, our ability to create and list a trip for you depends on the quality and completeness of inputs provided by you. As our approved partner, we expect that you will meet these criteria.

With guaranteed listing, we refer to the work required to write content, curate photos and videos, and create a complete package that also meets our editorial and trip design guidelines.

When we create itineraries for you, we know that they will adhere to our standards. Hence, we are able to offer you a guaranteed listing, subject to our overall sustainability and quality criteria.

Fair Voyage is not planning on introducing a listing fee. Use of our platform continues to be free for our approved partners.

The service fee simply covers our cost for creating quality content for you, if you need and wish to use these services.

At the moment, we are ranking our partners by the number of tours approved for listing on Fair Voyage (including custom quotes). I.e. the more trips a company has prepared for our travellers, the higher the ranking.

In future, we expect to change the ranking to something more meaningful to travellers and for sustainability, taking into consideration post-trip reviews as well as objectively verifiable sustainability standards.

So please expect that the rankings will continue to change as we're further developing our system.

At Fair Voyage, we want to emphasise quality over quantity. In your interest, we want to help you focus your time and resources on fewer trips that are most likely to sell. Also, from our point of view, we would like to focus our time on reviewing trips that our clients will like.

Overall, we expect that few high quality extraordinary trips are much more likely to sell than lots of choice. Less is more!

Whilst limiting our free reviews, we also have great news for you: You will no longer need our review to generate PDFs or send custom quotes to your clients!
