Passport details are usually required for most of our trips so that we can make all local reservations for you (such as for accommodations or park permits).
Especially for parks and conservatories, once permits are issued specifically for your passport details, changes are often no longer possible. In the unfortunate event of a mistake in your passport details, you might be denied access or required to purchase a new permit.
To help you avoid any such inconveniences due to possible mistakes in the details entered, we request your passport copy so we can help you double-check accuracy of all your details.
If you do not feel comfortable providing your passport copy, or you belief it is not required for your trip, please check with your advisor.
If your advisor confirms that your passport copy is not required, to confirm that you are aware of possible risks due to incorrect passport details, please upload any document (such as a quick random screenshot or image that doesn’t contain sensitive data) to help us mark this check as completed.
