Travelers must be informed what they pay for and what their experience will be like. E.g., does your trip include a 30-minutes city tour, or a full-day city tour? It makes a difference!
Travelers must also know when they will first meet you. For airport pick-ups, select “Upon Arrival” (and feel free to personalize once you know the exact time for specific bookings and custom quotes).
For fixed standard meet-up times, add the exact time (e.g. 16:00) in your first Activity. You may also have both, e.g. “Welcome and Transfer to Your Hotel” at airport “Upon Arrival” followed by “Pre-Trip Briefing With Your Guide” at the hotel at “16:00”.
Activities throughout the Itinerary require less accuracy. Use judgement on level of detail and exactness. E.g. “At Your Leisure” or “Early Morning” may be sufficient for certain activities, while others may require a more specific time information such as “1 hour” for a special helicopter ride or “3 hours” for a special spa treatment.
