You can use your reward credits within three years of the trip booking for which they have been earned.
Please see the various options we have prepared for you, to help you make best use of your rewards, and remember to inform us of your choice via your Ambassador Rewards Dashboard or by email to support@fairvoyage.com.
At the end of three years, to help you ensure that your rewards will never expire without making good use of them, we will donate any unused rewards to a good cause on your behalf. Once donated, they will no longer be available for you to use otherwise. Thank you for your collaboration and understanding.
