You can get paid the full equivalent of your accumulated rewards credit in cash to your bank account, subject only to the terms stated below.
Simply follow the payout request steps provided in your Ambassador Rewards Dashboard or email support@fairvoyage.com.
We aim to process each request within 48 hours and each payout at the latest as part of our monthly accounting cycle. Therefore, please allow for up to 30 days to receive your payout into your account.
For payout amounts of less than $1000, please note that we need to charge a transaction processing fee of$100 per payout to help us cover our administrative costs. This fee will be deducted from your payout amount if applicable. For the same reason, to help you make best use of your rewards, please also note that payouts are subject to a minimum accumulated rewards credit balance of $200.
For payout amounts from $1000 and above, we do not deduct any processing fees; except that please note all payouts are also subject to customary possible transaction fees or currency conversion fees for payments to non-USD accounts charged by financial intermediaries outside of our control.
