Does the Ambassador program apply when others join me on my trip?

Whether the program applies to family and friends joining you on your trip depends on the nature of your booking:

Private arrangements

The program does not apply for family and friends joining you on your trip under the same booking. However, we pass on cost reductions resulting from bigger group sizes and more travelers joining you as part of our quotes, meaning that you usually directly benefit from bigger group sizes as part of our standard trip pricing.

Open groups

The program does apply if all of the following three conditions are met:

• You invite others to join you on a confirmed open group trip that travelers other than those referred by you can also join and book directly with us;
• your referrals join your trip on a separate booking; and
• your referrals are first time Travelers with Fair Voyage.

We currently only open groups on special occasions and prefer giving our Ambassadors and your friends the opportunity to share and join our group trips before opening them up to the public. So yes, we very much welcome you spreading the word and would be excited for you and your friends to benefit from the Ambassador program benefits!
