1. Role of Fair Voyage

Fair Voyage currently acts exclusively as a travel design and coordination partner. We design tailor-made travel experiences and connect travelers with carefully selected local partner companies who operate the travel services.

Fair Voyage does not operate tours, provide transportation, accommodation, or other travel services directly.

2. Travel Services & Contracts

All travel services are operated and contracted directly between the traveler and the respective local partner company.

The applicable contractual terms, cancellation policies, refund conditions, and service details are provided by the relevant local partner company prior to booking and payment.

Fair Voyage is not a party to the contract between the traveler and the local partner company.

3. Payments

Fair Voyage does not process payments for travel services.

Payments for travel services are made directly between the traveler and the respective local partner company or its designated payment provider.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellation terms, refund policies, and modification conditions are governed by the agreement between the traveler and the respective local partner company.

Fair Voyage does not determine or control the cancellation terms set by local partner companies.

5. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is a requirement for all journeys designed by Fair Voyage. Travelers are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance coverage prior to departure.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fair Voyage is not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, or services of any local partner company or third-party service provider.

Any claims relating to the performance of travel services must be addressed directly to the respective local partner company.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

7. Business Model

Fair Voyage may receive a commission from local partner companies for coordinating travel planning services.

Such compensation does not affect the contractual relationship between travelers and the respective local partner companies operating the travel services.
