For your security and convenience, please register your personal contact details together with your unique Voucher ID with us. Once registered, we will keep track of your Voucher ID(s) for you, accessible with your registered email.
You then no longer need to provide your Voucher ID to redeem your Voucher, we can easily re-issue the Voucher for you in case you loose it, and it helps us protect your Voucher against possible theft.
To register your Voucher, please submit our Craft My Trip inquiry form. In the form, feel free to skip the initial questions or let us know any specific travel wishes that you already know. At the end of the form, please provide your Voucher ID, followed by your contact details.
