We use your document to double-check your arrival/departure details so that we can always make sure to meet you on arrival and drop you off on time for your departure; to help you avoid any inconveniences due to possible mistakes in the details entered.
If you do not have any relevant transportation to/from your arrival/departure locations, for example because you will be staying after departure at an accommodation arranged by yourself and you do not need us to double-check your arrival/departure details for you, please upload a document to confirm the same (e.g. your hotel reservation; or even just a quick random screenshot or image if this detail is not relevant at all), to help us mark this check as completed.
