Ambassadors earn reward credits according to our Ambassador Benefits Schedule each time Travelers first referred by them book and travel with Fair Voyage.
You can track your rewards from your Ambassador dashboard once your referrals have made a booking. To prevent the risk of cancellations or changes to bookings prior to traveling that affect the final price, your reward is deemed earned and you can make use of it as soon as your referrals have completed a trip.
Rewards for the same Traveler can only be earned by one Ambassador, whereby we use the “first confirmation” principle:
- If you are the first Ambassador to refer a new Traveler contacting us about a trip, you remain the Ambassador for that Traveler and anyone joining them on their first trip with Fair Voyage, and you will earn rewards also for their future bookings.
- If another Ambassador has already referred the same Traveler to us prior to your referral, we regret that we cannot reward you for this specific referral because paying duplicate rewards means the Ambassador program would not be financially sustainable for us. If in doubt, we rely on the Ambassador name confirmed by the Traveler for their first trip inquiry.
- If a Traveler is already connected to Fair Voyage, such as on social media or prior contacts with Fair Voyage representatives outside of the scope of a specific trip inquiry, but has not yet contacted us for a trip, you are still entitled to earn Ambassador rewards. That’s because we appreciate you sharing your personal recommendation and experience with Fair Voyage, which we appreciate always is an important consideration for travelers, and we want to reward your support fairly and generously, as much as we can. Please invite our mutual contact to mention your name when they contact us for a trip, and we will be delighted to offer them your Ambassador savings!
