What is the climate in Uganda?

The climate in Uganda is tropical, but is modified throughout the country because of varying elevations and the presence of lakes. The average temperature ranges between 21-25 degrees Celsius (70-77 degrees Fahrenheit) with December-February being the hottest months. In the south, the rainy period happens between April-May and October-November. For the north, the rainy period happens between April-October.
