Tipping after your safari is the norm as the guide works very hard to ensure you have a superb experience. We recommend that at the end of your safari, your group jointly tips each safari crew member.
To give you an idea, going-rates for tips are:
Safari Driver Guide – US$ 15-30 per day
Safari Cook – US$ 5-15 per day (standard camping safari)
All tips are at your discretion, give as much as you like depending on the service you receive. However, please do give us feedback on the service you got from the team and individual team members as this will help us improve our service, something we are constantly striving to do.
