When you book a safari with us, please let us know if you’d like us to open your safari as a group Tour and invite more people to join. You may always also invite your personal contacts to join at a later stage. Please note that any such additional bookings remains subject to availability of accommodation.
If more people join, your final price will be adjusted according to the pricing scale of your safari. For any new bookings confirmed until 60 days prior to departure, the price adjustment will be reflected in your final invoice for your Balance payment or refunded by Fair Voyage. If more bookings can be confirmed thereafter, your local Tour Operator may offer you a direct refund at their own discretion.
